These are different versions and languages of the Dectalk Speak Window. When you select a Speak Window, a zip file will appear. Before downloading the zip file, go to your C drive and create a folder for the zip file as some versions of Dectalk won't run if located in a sub folder. Folder names cannot contain spaces.
After downloading the zip file into the folder, extract it. To run the Speak Window, Most English versions contain "Speak.exe" that starts the Speak Window. When using other languages, search for an application file.
